Energy-efficient process
Disc cultivation is an energy-efficient process. Under the same soil conditions and working depth, disc harrowing requires 20-25% less fuel compared to plowing.

Discs
We use Belota manufactured discs on our disc harrows, except for the 485 mm size, as the depth of discs available in the market, in this size proved insufficient for the required working quality. Therefore, we manufacture this size ourselves.

IH bearing
Our Disc Harrows come equipped with IH system ST bearings as standard, and can also be optionally ordered with tapered roller bearings.

Robust frame structure
The frame structure of our Mounted Disc Harrows are simple but practically indestructible due to its appropriate design.

Moisture-preserving soil finishing
Finishers are also available to supplement each version, which allows for finishing the soil in one session helping to reduce moisture loss.

Dispenser units
Our disc harrows can be equipped with an APV seeder (for sowing seeds or spreading granules) or a liquid dispensing system (for liquid fertilizer or bacterial fertilizer).

Wide range
Disc harrows are among the most commonly and extensively used agricultural implements on farms. Discs are primarily employed for loosening the soil surface, incorporating crop residues, controlling weeds, and mixing soil.
These implements could be found in field technologies but also have a place in forestry applications. In the BUSA™ product range, disc harrows for field applications are available in four different frame sizes. Among our mounted disc harrows, there are models designed for both field and forestry purposes, as well as constructions specifically recommended for seedlings.
Trailed
Our V-shaped trailed disc harrows are ideal for stubble stripping and stubble maintenance. Our heavy-weight discs are suitable for both primary tillage without plowing and secondary tillage.
Mounted
We recommend our mounted disc harrows for for small-scale fields, plantations, forestry operations, and nursery gardens. These machines designed for plowing, cultivating the loosened soil surface, cultivation without preparation of the cutting area, and row crop cultivating.
Mounted Forestry
Primarily used for inter-row cultivation in fruit orchards and for heavy-weight disc harrowing. Our product range also includes machines developed for nursery gardens.
