The Gr\u00f6-till technology debuted at Agritechnica 2023, which is an alternative min-till strip-till system. It has been continuously evolving since then, but the basics are becoming clearer. The basic concept is that for row-planted crops, we freely adjust a pair of rotors per row depending on the goal. The main directions are root continuity and continuous surface coverage, partial minimum tillage. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Stage 1<\/strong> \u2013 We hoe next to the future row and preferably pull the crop residues onto the row with the rotors. The mulch strip thus created helps retain soil moisture and concentrates nutrients. By adding nitrogen, we quasi-compost. <\/p>\n

Stage 2 <\/strong>\u2013 Strip cleaning before sowing. The rotors hoe along the sowing path; if the machine is on the front of the tractor, the seeder can already be at the back. <\/p>\n

Stage 3\/4<\/strong> \u2013 Inter-row cultivation. As needed. It can be done by hoeing next to the plant row or pushing mulch from the middle of the row onto the row. <\/p>\n

Stage 5<\/strong> \u2013 Corn Rootworm Terror. The rotors are in strip-cleaning mode, working on the harvested corn rows, cutting up the crop residues so that the corn rootworm cannot overwinter. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The machine is equipped with two sliding beams, each with 4 GYMF rotors. The rotor mounts are extended, so the ground clearance is as usual for inter-row cultivators. The distance between the rotors is fixed at 75 cm (optionally 76.2 cm). By moving the two beams relative to each other, we achieve different settings. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is equipped with both front and rear hitches, so it can operate in various machine combinations.<\/span><\/p>\n
