Super effective inter-row cultivation. With the adjustable BUSA Rotor, you can keep the soil completely weed-free, but only controlling cover crops is possible, too. On regenerative plantations the Rotors crush and partially terminate crops, so the soil is always covered. With overseeding, variety can be maintained. It is fast, clog-free, and effective. BUSA Rotors can operate in close proximity to plants, ensuring the safety of both the plants and the machines.
During operation, the rotors level the surface without forming ridges or berms, in contrast to discs harrows. This translates to a smoother ride for subsequent operations, allowing the tractor, sprayer, or trailer to move more efficiently within the plantation.
This product line consists of a range of specialized machines designed to operate within a narrow strip close to the stems or trunks. They have a hydraulic telescopic frame, and their reduced height allows for convenient operation beneath canopies. There is both a front and back mounted version available.
The BUSA GYMF Rotary weeder can be used for field weed control, stubble management, and seedbed preparation tasks. An interesting new application is min-till termination, where BUSA Rotors are used for ultra-shallow cover crop regulation. An ingenious suggestion from users is to reconfigure the rotors, allowing them to clean specific strips for seeding, rather than processing the entire surface.
The BUSA Row crop cultivators allow you to efficiently cultivate your row crop from plant emergence up to nearly 1 meter in height. These cultivators work with precise safety distances of approximately 3-6 cm between rows. The compact, forward-positioned cultivation elements on the robust frame (positioned as close as possible to the tractor) enhance accuracy (reducing overlap) and significantly reduce transport size. The dead play of the swing arms can be adjusted to maintain precision.
By using the BUSA Rotor attachment, you can further enhance accuracy. When the rotor is momentarily stationary, the blade moves downward next to the plant, then starts moving toward the center of the row. This design ensures that the plant is not damaged even at high speeds, and row disturbance is minimized. As a result, even very small and delicate plants can be effectively cultivated. Our product range also includes other cultivator attachments such as duckfoot tines, angle tines, heaping tines, and spring tines.
What we refer to as the Grötschl Tillage System, is an innovative combination of tools, through which on-site composting becomes possible.
During the first pass, the rotors create a ridge over the injected manure. On the second pass, the rotors clear the strip in preparation for seeding. Later, the cultivator can either clean the row in close proximity to the crops or move mulch to cover the soil, all of which can be accomplished with the versatile adjustments of BUSA Rotors.
With the F-AIRGO air-mixing frost protection machine, you have the opportunity to fortify your plantation. It is a pioneering innovation, which is able to extract warmer air from the inversion layer and disperse it in proximity to the ground, effectively elevating the temperature in the lower atmosphere.
The subtle temperature differential between the expelled
air and the near-ground atmosphere curtails buoyancy,
ensuring that the air remains close to the surface. The
F-AIRGO is adept at safeguarding 3-4 hectares, operating
at an 8 km/h working speed with a brief 15-minute return
cycle. Its power requirement falls within the range of
60-80 HP.
The most unique feature of our seeder is the six-row telescopic frame, which can be hydraulically adjusted from a transport width of 2.5 metres to working widths of 45 cm to 76.2 cm. What makes this machine unique is that it achieves all of this using a patented sliding system, which, with its tolerance within tenths of a millimeter, minimizes play resulting from adjustability.
The six-row frame, with a weight of 1.7 tons, allows for the utilization of ‘PP DeltaForce’ and, at the same time, provides assurance of load capacity, as the implement can be equipped with either a 2000-liter liquid tank or a 1700-liter granulate tank.
